Refund policy

 

Ant The Jeweler & Co. has a strict policy in place: we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. However, we do offer the option for one exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will permit you to exchange it for an item of equal or greater value. Please note that jewelry items can only be exchanged for other jewelry, while watches can be exchanged for either watches or jewelry. Exchanging jewelry for a watch is not permitted. To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us via phone at 205-909-8210 or by emailing us at orders@antthejeweler.com, and we will provide you with detailed instructions for completing the exchange process.

When returning items, it's imperative to include the original sales receipt or order number with your package. Mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from orders@antthejeweler.com, ensuring that your name, address, and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.


All items must be returned in their original state to be eligible for exchange. Upon receiving your package, Ant The Jeweler will contact you. Our Quality Inspection team will verify that the returned jewelry is in its original condition and has not suffered damage or excessive wear and tear during the 10-day period. All returned items are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee! 

Custom Jewelry 

We regret to inform you that no refunds are available for any custom jewelry purchases. Please note that all sales for custom jewelry are considered final.

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your custom jewelry purchase, you have the option to contact us via email at orders@antthejeweler.com or by calling us at (205) 909-8210 to initiate a return. Once the return request is authorized, you can proceed to send the item to the provided return address.

In such cases, we offer a return for the scrap value of the precious metals and gemstones present in the piece. The item will then undergo a thorough inspection. Following the completion of the inspection, a partial return, equivalent to the scrap value, will be processed back to your original payment method. If your purchase was made with cash, we are more than willing to issue you a check in lieu of a refund.

To complete your return, we require the order number or email address associated with the order.

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.
