Custom Jewelry:

Given the extraordinary attention to detail involved in this process, we kindly ask for a timeframe of approximately 4-6 weeks for the completion of your custom piece. This duration allows us the necessary time to ensure that every aspect of your creation is executed flawlessly.

Once Ant has completed your piece, it becomes a top priority to ensure your satisfaction. To accomplish this, Ant will personally arrange a FaceTime Call with you. This interactive session is designed to make certain that you are absolutely delighted with your custom project before it proceeds to the packaging stage.

Following the FaceTime Call and your approval, the piece will be meticulously packaged and dispatched to you using the shipping method of your choice, as selected during your purchase. Our commitment to delivering a superior experience is unwavering, and we look forward to providing you with a custom piece that truly resonates with your vision.

Custom Grillz:

Our process for creating your Grillz involves a few essential steps. To begin, we will send you a mold kit via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground, which you can expect to receive within 3-5 business days after your purchase. This kit is crucial as it allows us to obtain an impression of your teeth.

Once you have completed the mold impression and shipped it back to us, we will begin the manufacturing of your Grillz. This stage typically takes no more than 10 business days from the date we receive your molds.

The final delivery timeline depends on the shipping service you selected during your purchase. The shipping service you chose will be applied to the shipment of the finished product, and you can anticipate receiving it within the estimated time frame provided when you made your service selection.

In summary, assuming that all previous steps are completed accurately and without delay, you can typically expect to have the finished product in your hands in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time you initially placed your order.

Non-Custom Product Orders:

Our standard practice is to keep these products readily available, and the processing time for packaging and shipping should typically range between 24 to 48 hours. Nevertheless, we take the extra step of ensuring that each piece is meticulously re-polished and cleaned to address any possible blemishes that may have developed over time before sending it out to you.

It's important to note that in extremely rare cases, we may encounter a situation where a product is no longer in stock, necessitating the creation of a brand new one specifically for your order. In such instances, we will promptly contact you to inform you of this circumstance and seek your consent for the additional time required to craft a brand new custom piece.
